Patience is faded and forgotten in today’s world, often a mere reference. Indeed, who “has the time” to be patient anymore?

True patience, without judgement, connects us to Soul, and allows us the benefit of less anxiety and distraction. True patience gives us a more peaceful perspective and less disappointment. True patience is a loving tool in daily life, and a beautiful aspect of Self Awareness.

Gentleness is quiet, as it connects us to SoulSelf. Gentleness comes from a place of great strength, and no needs. Gentleness costs one nothing, but an intention to come from the heart. When we receive Gentleness with our being, we allow ourselves to BE Loved. When we give Gentleness from our being, we experience the empowerment of Compassion, the Peace of non-judgement, freedom from emotional limitation, and the gift of Soul Awareness. The more often we choose Gentleness, the more frequently we experience PEACE.

We understand fear through acceptance…fear is normal in the human experience but not natural to our TrueSelf.  If we choose to remain engaged in fear, we experience a conflict with trust.  Rather, acknowledge fear to become compassionate with Self.  Freedom from fear comes when we choose remembrance of our Soul’s Truth…LOVE.
